Internal link is a hyperlink that will guide the user to other section of the same webpage.
In simple words, a link to a page related to the same domain is called as internal link
Example:
www.getvisitors4free.blogspot.com is my website related to SEO
The above statement has an anchor text, which is SEO.
Now if someone clicks the anchor text “SEO”, then it will take the user to the other page” http://getvisitors4free.blogspot.com/2011/01/search-engine-optimisation.html “which is a part of the www.getvisitors4free.blogspot.com
This type of linking, where the link directs the user to the other page of same website is called internal linking.
